1. Services
TechTribe provides website design, development, hosting, AI lead nurturing, and listing management services on a subscription basis. Service details, features, and limitations are as described on the relevant plan page at the time of sign-up.
2. Billing
All plans are billed monthly in USD. A one-time setup fee applies to all plans. You authorize TechTribe to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring subscription fee.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, your website and associated services will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content, images, and data you provide. TechTribe retains ownership of the underlying platform, templates, and code. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the platform.
5. Privacy
Your use of TechTribe services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
TechTribe provides services “as is”. We make no warranties regarding uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
